Assistance With Making an Appointment
A massage therapist will coordinate a spa experience specifically for your needs. Our therapist are available 7days a week. If the voice mail picks up, please leave a message and the next available therapist will assist you.
Health Problems and Comfort Level
Please notify our staff before booking treatments if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments, or disabilities. This will prepare our staff far in advance to provide the best possible spa treatment or therapy for you. When receiving your treatment, the therapist will address your needs based on your personal assessment. They will speak to you about the temperature, pressure, music, product, and sequence of service they are providing. You may also communicate to us how you are feeling during your service, and if there is anything specific you would like us to address, please inform your therapist.
What to Wear During a Treatment
Most massage and bodywork techniques are traditionally performed with the client unclothed; however, it is entirely up to you what you want to wear. You should undress to your level of comfort. You will be properly draped during the entire session.
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Arriving late will possibly interfere with your treatment, making it not as effective or therapeutic for you. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. Treatment times are not extended based on late arrivals.
Spa Payment Inquiries
A credit, debit, or gift card number is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards, cash and gift cards purchased through the Luciana's Massage & Spa Therapies and Way Spa. Gift cards can be purchased at the spa reception desk or online through our website. Massages done on holidays or special occasions may require a deposit of full payment when scheduling.
Please notify the spa 24 hours prior to your appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. If we do not receive a call, you will be charged 100% full payment for services not canceled in the time allotted. Services and prices are subject to change. A credit card is required at the time of booking.
